I emailed a number of local agents and Belvoir were the only ones to promptly call me. They came straight out to assess the property and I was so impressed with their attitude that I signed up. They're pricing is competitive and they filled me with confidence. They got lots of enquires but we're also able to screen some of these out based on what tenants would suit the property instead of just accepting the first ones. Can't fault the service and would definitely use again.
