I used Belvoir to rent out our house in Biggleswade. They managed the whole process, which was great as we live abroad and it’s difficult with the time zone difference. They are extremely thorough with the itemization of the house - lots of pictures to prove current condition, etc. Shalin was also helpful by recommending contractors to help get the property up to spec for rental.
