Karla Marwood was the assigned agent to the case I was handling in a chain that had to complete before the 31st March, for the stamp duty deadline. We had been ready at the beginning of March but elsewhere in the chain there was a delay. Karla's persistence in chasing and providing accurate and timely updates was key to the completion of this chain. I had never worked with Karla or the estate agents before but my clients and I are very thankful we had Karla and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
