From the start the ladies I have dealt with have been brilliant, I have registered with quite a few agents but India and Jen have by far been the best. India took our details and made it a nice and easy experience without any pressure which I had from others and it felt like I knew her. Then on Saturday we viewed the property with Jen, her knowledge of the area and property really showed. Even though we haven’t brought a property through them I hope we do as I know we would be in safe hands.

We looked round a property with Thomas Morris and then, later, had a valuation with them. We felt that the agent who showed us around the property was knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't rush us and we left feeling positive. When we had our valuation, the agent was very respectful of our property. Again, we didn't feel rushed and it was clear that she had spoken about us to the previous agent who'd shown us around the other property. We had valuations with other companies but Thomas Morris seemed more professional (just in little ways: they measured each room, had a research pack on an iPad to show us and had prepared a document on our property). Finally, we just felt like we just clicked with the agent. She was very friendly and chatty and it felt like someone touting for business than the other agents.

Brought a flat through Thomas Morris recently and the service was amazing. India is possibly one of the loveliest people ever. She’s so helpful, friendly and down to earth.
