Sold a house last year through Thomas Morris. Whilst the team were very friendly, I did feel let down by the lack of communication, and found we was going back and forth on things which could have been avoided. It was a stressful time in the reason for the house sale, so felt this could have been dealt with better communication.

We keep getting spammed with leaflets of "thinking of selling, use us" through the door even though we only just purchased the property from them. That's not professional at all.NegativeProfessionalism

Trying to sell our house has been a nightmare and when providing feedback they refused to listen.

they told me to fill out a form and give it to the owner of the house for an answer, but the agency people told me they told me the answer on Thursday morning, but they didn't do anything to me and they don't answer. bad peopleNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Experience of the lettings service not a good one. Very unhelpful and threatened to hang up on the phone. Unhelpful to outgoing tenant who required support. Would not recommend them, unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism

Booked a house valuation which took place in March 2021. Carried out by Ryan Coyne. Very professional visit with good covid measures in place. However I emailed several times in the ensuing weeks to ask for the follow up information. Nothing received and no email response. I then called TM and asked to speak to Ryan Coyne. Was told he was out but they would give him a message to call me. Received no call. I would not use TM when we put our house on the market as there would be no hope of being able to contact the person dealing with our sale.
