This was our second time using Thomas Morris and I'm so glad that we did. The team are nothing short of brilliant - you can really rely on these people to make things happen. If you're struggling to sell with another agent, you won't regret making the switch to TM who are strategic in their approach and very proactive. The whole team were always up-to-date on our file, so it didn't matter if our main contacts were not available as we could always get the info we needed. We managed to get an offer on our house very quickly, but that isn't where the help stopped. Will was our main contact, and he and the team kept in close contact with us throughout our sale. Working closely with our solicitor, they kept us up to date at every step of the way and guided us through the process with patience and understanding. We had a pretty tight deadline to hit, but TM's fantastic team work and proactivity meant that we got there in very good time and I can't be more thankful. We're very glad that we used TM again.
