Regency dealt with the sale of our house in a very professional manner. The evaluation led to a sale within 2 months of putting house on the market. Throughout the transaction all the staff were very knowledgable, supportive and friendly. We liked the way photographs of the house were updated on the website and the sale was kept under regular review. We were kept informed of progress and found the whole process reassuring. The new office is very welcoming, comfortable and customer centred. We were also looking for a property to buy and again the staff were very helpful as well as realistic about the market.
