Now this review is not about Wainwright estate agents but unfortunately they've been handed this monstrosity of a two-bedroom accommodation, both flats are so tatty, shabby, and very very unmodernised for these 2 two bedroom flats at Albert road saltash.these 2 flats do not represent they're asking price of £750 for the bottom flat & £775 for the top flat. Both flats are stating they are unfurnished but there is still furniture, beds, fridges and freezers and washing drying machines in the property. Apparently I couldn't even afford these flats if I was working what wages I was on before I became ill. So if somebody is earning over 22,000 why would you downgrade and move into these awful shabby tati dirty flats. I thought I was walking into a 1990s drug den when I viewed them. Whoever owns these flats do not deserve to be renting them out in such a bad state these flats need more than a lick of paint. Absolutely disgraceful
