This is our second time renting through Alexander and Co, and we can say with confidence that their team truly operates on a professional level. Our letting manager, Mary, is brilliant – she helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and we’ve been twice as lucky to have dealt with her. Additionally, our property manager, Abbie, is simply fantastic. She’s always friendly, professional, and quick to sort out any issues that arise. Our landlord is selling up so we contacted Alexander and co and Mary showed us around a couple of places. We found Mary too be very professional, astute and very efficient at her job. However what sets her apart from the rest - and I've been dealing with Lettings agents for too long than I want to even think about - is that she is cheerful and benevolent and went above and beyond her obligations to cater for our housing needs. In my opinion Mary is another league to her counterparts - who *in my experience* generally only seem care about the brass and the bling bling etc. I honestly think that Mary is a priceless and substantial asset to Alexander and Co, and paramount to the ongoing success of them not least because genuine good customer care/ service is so thin on the ground now so it really resonates when you meet Mary. P.S. I can count on one hand the number of reviews I've left over the years... I just don't ever bother but just had to leave one here. Well done Mary 10/10
