In my lifetime I have brought and sold a number of properties in a number of different areas of the country. From my past experience I link the “Jaws “theme “ with Estate Agents. Well that was the case until my dealings with Alexander & Co. Every member of the team has been knowledgeable, kind courteous, empathetic and understanding. The sale of my property was complex due to parities involved. Alexander & Co were able to keep the sale on course in very difficult circumstances. Kaiden Ellingham’s approach was enthusiastic, dynamic, his ideas were relevant. In addition he was knowledgeable of the area. Not only was he knowledgeable and experienced he was professional and gave a detailed approach on how to market the house with a realistic price figure and keep the sale on course. He was able to negotiate with all parties involved in difficult circumstances and went above and beyond! Amazing team for our purchase. The team in Bicester have been great. They helped originally in 2022/23 with looking for our second home then and helping give options. We then put our plans on hold and returned in 2023/24 with looking for another house. After finding a home we fell in love with on rightmove. Grace helped book us in for a visit and we instantly loved this house. We then proceeded after our offer was accepted and Grace was amazing. We also had Jill from the sales progression team assist further with our purchase and I can’t fault her. She went over and beyond to help us with our purchase and made the loving day run more smoothly but communicating with everyone. I’d also like to add that Caiden has also been amazing helping us with viewings in the past and any enquiries we had.

We have not ended up moving this time with alexander and co through no fault of their own but as first time movers this process was extremely daunting and stepping into the complete unknown was terrifying.
