Well what can I say about Bannisters..... Probably the worst customer service and support I have ever experienced in my life. Staff are rude and unhelpful so if you are considering renting a flat with them, think again. So many problems with the flat I'm currently in that I have reported over and over again and still they are appalling slow to react. The staff almost have a bullying mannerism and an unpleasant air about them that can make you feel quite uncomfortable. You feel like you are constantly battling with them. What an awful 6 months.
