I advice everyone to find another agency. My situation was the same as a lot of individuals, at the beginning of the tenancy it was great, really friendly people but once I signed the tenancy agreement they changed. Last year, early December 2019 time frame approx. 1 month after I moved in, my heater and hot water stopped working. I emailed my agency to see if they can have someone fix it and I did not a get a respond for 4 days. So for 4 days I was showering in cold water and the house was freezing cold. If you let with them just know they are terrible at responding just recently I moved out of the house i was letting from them and I felt I was being scammed I emailed the agent called Vicky that I thought the amount of money taken from my security deposit was too much. She provided me SOME receipts but Once I asked her to provide me with receipts of costs they were taking from my deposite she immediately stopped responding. It’s been a week and I have emailed her 3 times and still no response. To sum it all up for you guys, they have terrible customer service and if you let from them, they will most likely take most of your security deposite. Branch manager if you see this send me your email. I still need to discuss my security deposite issue and hopefully this way I can get a respond from you agents at Alexander & co.
