After having used their services as a tenant closed to 7 years with my kids, I feel let down and now they want to cheat me off my deposit. I left the property after relocating and now, them knowing I have £1050 as deposit is trying all they can to take not quarter not half but 93% of it. I have left the property for almost a month now and I am still trying to get my deposit to be released to me. Using them, there were days I went on without hot water for me and my kids, when there is a fault and you report, it takes a long time before it gets look at. Sometime you have to escalate to the Landlord to have your issue resolved. After all these negative treatments, they are conniving to not release my deposit.
