Absolutely shambles of a company ( Bicester ) very unprofessional and the property manager AMY refused to sort out our housing issue when we had our roof blown off in the wind and a constant leak for 3 weeks and a smashed conservatory. Still no reply from any of her emails. She Advised us she had arranged a contractor to sort the roof after numerous emails but still nothing has happened to this date after she promised she had arranged someone to fix it. I have reported the company to the local authorities and I would highly recommend staying away from this estate agents. They do not care about you, only when they receive commission from the rent. I hope this review shows what kind of company you are to others. I am surprised this company is still running.
