Time had come to renew the tenancy on a property let which is being fully managed by Robinson Jackson. The renewal was undertaken by Natalie Coomber (General Manager) and the process could not have been smoother or more efficient. Natalie was very helpful, was able to answer any questions I had and guided me through everything that I needed to do. Robinson Jackson have been very good, we have some maintenance issues recently at a property and these have been dealt with efficiently by the maintenance team. This recent time Tyra was extremely helpful finding quotes for work and getting the work undertaken quickly and in the past we have been helped by Katie and Ameilia, so between them I am very happy with the work and feel that there is a good team in place to deal with any maintenance issues, thank you Robinson Jackson.
