After receiving a section 21 notice again, we needed to find another property for our family before Christmas. We've been let down with the previous agency who we dealt with, not helpful at all. Browsing through the internet, I found a 2 bedroom property let by Robinson Jackson. I called them up, I was dealing with Ellie first, who registered us with them and booked our viewing. Really nice person with really good customer service skills. On Monday, when we went to see the property, Alex was waiting for us as it was an open house. Went to see the inside of the property, fell in love with it. Alex then told us what to do if interested and how to proceed further. She answered few of our questions as well what we needed to know. The whole process was very quick. Within just 2 days, all the checks has been completed. Received another email from them that the person who we are going to deal with until receiving the keys to the new property, would be Lydia. Communication was spot on, mostly via emails. Within 3 weeks time, we moved into our new home and we love it!!! So thank you so much guys for make it happen, you were brilliant ☺️
