There was a bit of confusion when I first transferred management of my property to RJ from the previous managing agent, but that was resolved. I chose RJ because they are local to my property and that proved the right choice as they were able to arrange any maintenance issues that cropped up easily and quickly and at reasonable costs. I live a long way away from my property and having RJ there to sort out any issues for me has been very useful. Their people are friendly so it was easy to work with them. Thanks guys.
