Avoid the Robinson Jackson Property Management team at all costs. In the end I gave up on them, and contacted my tenants directly (my tenants confirm they prefer dealing with me personally, as the service Robinson Jackson Lettings were so poor). Nearly £300 pounds a month for doing absolutely nothing. Their customer service skills are non-existent. My rent was repeatedly paid late, with poor explanation. Their fees have been a complete waste of money. So poor in fact, that I have sold my property.
