Update: DOT RENT THE PROPERTY IN ROYDENE ROAD, the landlord ignored us when the boiler broke, leaving us with no heating or hot water over Christmas, did not provide any electric heaters. And they know that we have a newborn baby. I repeat DO NOT RENT THE PROPERTY ON ROYDENE ROAD. She also took months to fix a leaking roof. The landlord (SE18 1PZ) refuses the fix the hob/oven, which has been problematic for over a year. We now cannot use the hob without all the downstairs electrical appliances cutting off. This is a safety and fire hazard. She also refuses to have the trees professionally trimmed. If someone doesn’t want to keep on top of basic property maintenance, they shouldn’t be a landlord.
