Our 2-star review is based on the end-to-end process with Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. Sales Negotiator (Corrie Goodhew) was great. She notified us of a new house and we booked a viewing immediately. She helped us to secure the acceptance of our offer. However, following that, things started to slip (unrelated to Sales but more like their back office operations). We had to wait longer than expected for a Memo of Sales and throughout the entire process, we received little or out-dated progress updates.
