Words cannot describe how pleased we are to get the house we wanted. A big thank you and sincere gratitude to Neil Smith (Bexley branch) for everything. Neil lead the whole process for us right from the viewing stage to handing over the keys. It was a very painful process as there were serious complications with the tenants in the house we were buying but Neil managed to communicate and negotiate with the tenants which led to them moving out. Neil kept us updated through out the process - he went over and beyond what is expected of an “estate agent”. It felt like he is buying a house for himself with the amount of effort he’d put in for us to get the house before the deadline. We must appreciate Neil’s patience and how he handled the whole process is genuinely plausible. He never over-promised anything and always gave us the confidence that he’s is on the case, and he really was. He is gentleman and I wish there are more people in property market just like him to make things happen. Once again, thank you Neil.
