I've not dealt with estate agents for a long time but after Neil from Robinson Jackson in Bexleyheath visited my parent's property to sell we were instantly impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and were really friends, no pressure to use them to sell the property. Both Neil and Marcus were really helpful and friendly and really helped with sorting my parents ID. Andrea from the Progressing team was lovely to chat to even if it wasn't always easy for her with some lack of communication. She went out of her way to help out.
