Fantastic, so happy with the service, brilliant attitude, I had Michelle literally holding my hand from start to finish, obviously stressful times with covid, and with councils not providing a normal service, the searches ect took twice as long, but I was constantly texted, called ect by Michelle, updating me, so happy, was very easy and even when I texted Michelle on her days off, she always replied straight away, all the staff very friendly, and so welcoming, definitely recommend would definitely use again......
