I have been most impressed with the quality, professionalism and responsiveness we have received from Jak and his team, in particular Michelle. Although there were two long and complicated chains to deal with, Michelle was always calm, professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Michelle was always proactive in giving weekly updates through email and phone calls. I recommend Harper's for all of these reasons and because it is a family run business where staff take pride from keeping their clients informed with clarity and in a proactive, friendly yet professional way.
