We exchanged contracts today on our sale and onward purchase. We chose Harpers for the fair and straightforward approach re valuation and agency fees. Brilliant sales service, the pictures and video tour were so well done. One open day, 7 viewings and 3 offers with 2 over the asking price. And no it wasn’t priced too low, we actually thought the valuation was a bit high! Helped us navigate the best offer to accept. And then as if that wasn’t brilliant enough, we struck gold in getting Kellie as our Sales Progressor. It’s taken some time to get to exchange (5 months) and she has been utterly brilliant. She is always proactive, contactable, so on the ball and works tirelessly to wrangle everyone up and down the chain. She gave me help and advice regarding our purchase (which was unfortunately not through Harpers) as their sales progressor was utterly useless. I honestly could not have had a better experience and would not hesitate to recommend Harpers. Thanks so much to all, especially Kellie (hang on to her Harpers, she is an absolute star!).
