We are currently house hunting in Bexhill and have noticed the current trend for inflation in house prices. Many estate agents appear to be complicit in raising prices (and seller expectations) but we have found that Rush, Witt, and Wilson usually value their properties at a realistic and sensible rate. They are also honest about the properties they sell and don't attempt to pull the wool over your eyes. Thanks for bucking the trend and attempting to keep prices sensible!PositiveProfessionalism
