Within a week, we had a buyer. But here is the difference, the RWW team keep on top of the sale. They keep you informed and can be pivotal in making the sale happen. In our case, this was the difference when a sale looked like it was turning sour, it didn't, and that was purely due to the sale team. We noticed other estate agents marketing similar properties that remain unsold, reviewed, or under-advertised to reach the right buyers. What makes the difference is the people selling it for you. RWW also have contacts from potential buyers that wish to move to certain areas. Hence when the right property turns up, direct contact can be made. Our property was advertised online via the RRW website, Right Move and other media platforms. Although based in East Sussex, RWW's advertising reach is much bigger than the local area. Our Buyer came from London. The team will probably remember me as a demanding client. However, RWW will meet your expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending them for the sale of your property.
