We used Northwood to let and manage our property for 8 years. The service provided by John and his team since they took over from the old Northwood team is chalk & cheese, they are now excellent, and as a landlord his ongoing support and guidance is professional and invaluable. They manage to look after landlord, property and tenants in equal measure, dealing with any issues in a very responsive manner. They are very quick in returning calls and dealing with issues. We would thoroughly recommend.
