I understand your frustration, however we only took over management of the property in July23 through acquisition and only ever conducted one inspection during your tenancy which was in Sept23 prior to you moving out in Dec23. We no longer work with this landlord as we are responsible agents that strive to provide safe and compliant properties for our tenants on behalf of our landlords. We will never knowingly let a property that does not meet compliance and/or safety requirements and will always work closely with our landlords to maintain standards for our tenants through regular inspections and maintenance activities.
