They never do repairs properly or they'll pay for half of it then when the people say they need to come back to do more, northwood obviously won't pay then. Expect tentants to live in decrepid houses then try and charge the tenant for damages when they vacate the property depsite the agents taking photos and doing inspections every 6 months. They should know the state of the property. They just ignore any concerns only contact you when they went you out or want money
