For sale board left outside the wrong house completely. Several phone calls and board is still at the wrong house days later. Would expect better reaction from Aspire.

Will turn up at your house unannounced trying to get your business if you have not replied to them. Very unprofessional, and probably not even legal.

I'm not even selling with aspire, but they've sent agents round my house about 4 times now trying to tout for business. Bearing in mind my house has only been up for a few weeks, in addition to this, they're not even in the same town as me either. My current estate agent has written to me and warned me about them, saying aspire have claimed to have a deal with them them to market properties on their behalf. If they're like this before even signing up, what are they like when you're in contract with them? Avoid like the plague

Put our house on the market with aspire, failed to sell and had a few viewings. Awful with communication and never answered and avoided calls.

Very poor communication, I called to set up a viewing to buy a flat and never heard back from them.

All I can say is, if you're looking for an agency that communicates well with you then Aspire is not for you. I spent 6 weeks of my contract trying to get someone to respond to my messages and calls. Safe to say that 16 weeks and 2 complaints with the director later, I'm glad I'm now free of their contract and with a new agent who actually speaks to me. I would have given 0 if I could but I'll agree with adding 1 star for Chloe's efforts in the last 4 weeks where communication did improve but only as a result of me dropping the price. Other than that, I only tried to ask for an update once every week or 2 on what response we were getting from the marketing of my property and got met with no response. They have absolutely no initiative to take responsibility. Be careful signing their 16 weeks contracts because even when they don't do their job they will make sure they keep you locked in. It's a messy agency and seeing some of the staff on their social media being promoted to high level positions is very worrying when it's the same people copy and pasting blanket messages meant for other clients and expecting that this is a sufficient level of response after ignoring me for 6 weeks. And if you are someone that has had a good experience with Aspire then count yourself lucky. I wish I had read a review like this before going with them as I would never have chosen them.
