From the start Courtney has been an absolute diamond! She is always open and honest and happy to answer any annoying questions that we have. We have felt supported throughout the whole process. She always turned up on time for viewings and took the time to get herself reacquainted with the property prior to the viewings commencing ensuring that the viewings went smoothly. (Our dogs like her which goes a long way as they don’t like most people lol). Would happily use Courtney again and will recommend her to people we know.
