Fisks have done a great job during the recent sale of my house. Ian was at absolute professional from our first meeting, right through to completion. The initial valuation process was a well conducted procedure and included a comprehensive report of my area and similar property sold prices, which enabled me to accurately choose a realistic but fair selling price. The fisks team arrange for some amazing looking professional level photos to be taken which really set the property apart from others when viewed on property websites. They conducted all viewings and I achieved an offer of full asking price within a matter of weeks. The process through to exchange and completion was handled very well, and Ian done a great job of keeping me informed and passing information between the 2 conveyancing teams.
