Truly only good things to say about Belvoir Belfast. It has been a totally seamless (and dare I say, enjoyable?) process of setting up our tenancy. We are relocating from London, but that hasn't impacted how easily we were able to chat with the team about any questions or go through referencing via their portal. From offer to signing the contract it was less than 2 weeks. I would recommend to anyone! I had already heard great things from friends already based in Belfast regarding the way they handle tenancies and their professionalism, and they lived up to it! Prompt and friendly replies on all matters. A special shout out to Aaron who has been our main point of contact and guided us effortlessly through the process! We're so excited for our new home, and Belvoir made sure we could even enjoy the admin side of setting up a new house.
