Extremely poor communicators throughout my tenancy which culminated with a very poor end to my tenancy with Belvoir Belfast. After returning the keys, I was asked to ensure my bank details were linked to TDS NI for return of the deposit - which I did. It took 3 months, numerous unanswered emails, and an eventual appeal to TDS NI which took a number of weeks to process, before my deposit was returned. Very poor customer service.
