The Ewe move team was able to find a specialist Buyer to get a mortgage on the property. We used Ewe Move to sell our property and they were amazing from start to finish. Firstly, James was friendly and knowledgeable and he took awesome photos for Rightmove etc (so much so that we thought about staying!). The house was sold for the full asking price within a matter of days and I think this was a combination of James' advice about when and what to advertise, prompt viewing arrangements and a friendly, but non-intrusive sales pitch (as well as the house itself being fabulous). After the offer had been accepted we had more contact with Diane at the Long Eaton Office and she was lovely - quick to respond to emails and calls, reassuring (much needed) when difficulties arose with solicitors and it felt like she was right there with us all the way through to completion. I would definitely recommend Ewe Move to anyone thinking of selling their property and have already given their details to family and friends. Thanks guys!!
