When it came to choosing a suitable estate agent, EweMove stood out by a mile. The agent came and explained what the selling process would entail and how a speedy sale could be encouraged. No gimmicks, no ploys - just decent, professional, friendly and honest people working to ensure the stress is kept to a minimum. The photos of the property were incredible, the property description was very eye catching. When the survey report rolled in after selling, expert advice was on hand to try and ensure everything was kept in healthy perspective and the sale wasn't threatened by trivia. I decided to relocate to the Cumbria following the untimely death of my husband. We had lived in the same house for 30 years and so my knowledge of the housing market, estate agents and all the other paraphernalia that goes with buying and selling a house was woefully out of date, so I needed an Estate Agent who not only knew their stuff but would be empathetic to my situation. A friend had used EweMove recently and recommended them to me. I rang them and asked someone to come and value my house. Kate arrived and within 5 minutes I knew I had made the right choice. Kind, caring, sympathetic and knowledgeable, Kate talked me through the process, was very upfront about what I would need to do versus what EweMove would do, so by the time she left I had a very clear picture of the end to end process.
