Well I was a little unsure whether to use ewe move to sell my late fathers house! Which was not an easy decision to make as I didn't want to let it go but after 2yrs of it being empty I realise this was the only way.  My first instinct was to go with a more popular well known estate agent but I decided to take a risk and I'm glad I did, everything ran smoothly and the house was sold within a week of going live. James was very professional and nothing was too much trouble for him, he had the added complication of the house being very sentimental to me to deal with. I can tell you he was very patient with me and my emotions regarding the sale and I'm very thankful I found an agent with enpathy and not just £signs in his eyes. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ewe move again or recommend them to friends and family well worth every penny and more,  They are a small company but have that personal touch which is hard to find in business now days.  Thank you James for making a very difficult decision much easier to deal with.
