The second time in a row I contacted the agency regards the property and they told me they're too busy now so they call me back, but never happened. Property was gone and they didn't even give me a call back. Disappointed and highly not recommend

Im absolutely shocked how they treat people , after giving my all details , my friend bank details , payslips , I've been told that we are not getting a house which we wanted. I've been told that i can take keys to the new house , 2 days later they told me we need to give them more details and more references. We already gave them all our details, I was suprised they didn't ask me about my shoes size too! I'm wondering why they said we were allowed to move to this place and after that we started packing all our staff they said that this place is already taken by someone else. One lady from the office started recording me when i was speaking with her , i don't know why . I guess they are .., I'm really disappointed how they treated me.NegativeProfessionalism

Requested a reference for their previous tenant - they wanted to try and profit from it by asking him to pay for it. Useless greedy pedants. Would never use their servicez
