Great staff great service

They deliberately stack

They deliberately stack buyers viewing appointments so close together than viewings are never completed in time. So viewings always overrun and are interrupted. Definitely something we would now heavily even consider before evem viewing somewhere with them now as the 2 properties we viewed with them have been such bad experiences.

Review only for the rental side. Company itself seems good, office staff are great. The rental side is looked after by an employee that seems not to care about your property. No feedback from him, had property for weeks and no tenant found.

Awful service wouldn't recommend using them

I phoned them to rent out my property, but the lady on other end been not in a good mood to talk she cut off the phoned twice without any warning. Avoid this agency if you can seems very rude, so many good agencies around Inverness.

We attempted to get a price for selling through tailormade but noone ever got back to us so we're currently under offer with another estate agent. Tried to get a few viewings but found them quite unaccomodating not willing to help with viewings outwith the standard 9-5. Found Anderson Shaw and Gilbert much more accommodating by getting us a viewing on a Saturday. I've found I donteven look at houses listed by tailormade on rightmove/zoopla now. Hope sellers are aware of potential viewings their missing out on
