TailorMade Moves – Extremely Poor Service I made an enquiry regarding two properties and, after around seven phone calls, eventually had to speak to the office manager. Their response was completely nonchalant: “We’re only advertising these properties for the builder. I’ll pass on your details.” The person who was supposed to call me back never did, and my details were apparently never passed on. Roll on two months, I saw another property and made another enquiry. Exactly the same happened again — details left, promises made, and absolutely no call back or follow-up. I will be avoiding this agency for any future purchases or sales. The level of service falls far short of what should be expected within the industry. Shameful.
