From the start in listing my property CJ Hole were really professional, polite and down to earth. Advising realistic expectations and understanding what I needed and what was happening in the market. Mitch was super helpful in my listing and viewings and helped with all issues. Once sold the support were great. There were some challenges from my buyers solicitors (pays to spend good money on a decent solicitor and not go with the cheapest) but Hollie supported me and chased daily to ensure It all went through.
