I had a fairly torrid experience with another estate agent - I had travelled from London for the viewing and despite two calls prior and an email confirming - it was cancelled 30 minutes before my arrival as the property was let. Enter CJ Hole and the extremely professional and personable Zara - who not only secured the viewing of a beautiful property but guided me through the whole process with knowledge, humour and above all - patience (I was in constant contact!). Cameron and Zara were incredibly polite and helpful in answering all our questions quickly, in person, over email and phone-call. We hadn't had much luck anywhere else but CJ didn't let us down. We had issues moving in with the white goods not being there but within 3 hours, Duncan and Joanna had sorted this for us

I thought finding a new flat at the moment would be incredibly stressful and time consuming but Cameron has been responsive, proactive and friendly throughout. It's been a smooth and stress free process so far and I would highly recommend him and CJ Hole!
