Michael was a great letting agent. This was the first time I’d ever rented a property and Michael was very patient, answering all my weird questions and was super helpful if there was anything wrong with the house. I’d heard bad things about other letting agent companies before starting to rent myself so wasn’t sure what to expect, but Michael made it feel like I mattered as a tenant and I should get out of the house what I was paying for. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
