Later on, Michael Campbell (sales & lettings administrator) made the paper work hassle free and got my deposit amount secured with TDS. Kim Pusey (branch manager) helped me with a comprehensive and realistic inventory report. They are a small team of very well organised and committed individuals who seem to stand by core company values. They were always available and helped me promptly resolve the issues I've faced (with Boiler and Toilet). Every interaction and transaction was very smooth from the beginning through to the end and I received my deposit in full without any hidden/unreasonable charges.
