Very Unfair – Would Not Recommend We paid a total of £1,596 deposit (£1,096 standard + £500 for furniture). The furniture was already used, but at the end of the tenancy, we were unfairly charged for brand new replacements. They kept the full deposit with no clear reason, and they’re not responding to the DPS dispute either. Totally unprofessional and frustrating. Avoid this agency—they are not honest or tenant-friendly.
