I was told Caroline would call at 12 noon and I waited in for 3 hours and then had to take my dogs out before it poured with rain. When I got home I had a terse message from Caroline telling me to email her my queries about a property that I was interested in. I tried calling another 6 or 7 times before the office closed and the phone was never answered.
