The verification process again was efficient and easy, using an online tool called Goodlord, with Jem once again proactively keeping us in the loop at every stage. As we approach our move in date, I couldn't recommend Martin & Co more and thank Jem for making such a stressful process so easy and enjoyable. Jem has been available 24/7 to answer any of our questions (of which there were many) with no ask being too great. He is an absolute star!
