They booked a virtual appointment on the phone and said the call would be at 3:05pm. I then received an email saying the appointment was at 4:05pm. At the end of the day, it didn't matter as they never phoned at either time. When I called the office and explained the situation, the guy said oh the person might be running late with the previous appointment. I suggested I will have the call at 4:30pm, to which he replied "no they will be finished by then for another appointment". Well surely, if you are running late it's not going to matter?!?! Anyway, he booked in for a virtual viewing on Friday only to be emailed on Thursday night to say the property is now reserved. So, essentially down to their complete lack of organisation and unprofessionalism you miss out on viewing a house. IN RESPONSE: I NEVER RECEIVED 3 EMAILS. I RECEIVED ONE WITH 4:05, AND I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE IT WAS 3:05 AS I NEVER HAD A MEETING BOOKED THEN. I ALSO NEVER RECEIVED A CALL WHY WOULD I CALL IF THIS WAS THE CASE?!

Kyle we have looked at your complaint and you were never booked for 3.05pm, your appointment was at 4.05pm. From our records you had 3 emails to advise your appointment was 4.05pm. You were also called on the day of your viewing to confirm your 4.05pm appointment which we received no reply. You then advised that you had a meeting at 4.15pm when you were told the agent was running a little behind and you wished to delay to 4.30pm. Unfortunately the agent did have another appointment at 4.30pm so it was not possible to delay for so long. Due to this confusion you did miss out on a viewing of the property and this is very unfortunate.
