During a recent episode involving damage by a third party to my rental property Emma Loveland of Zest has been invaluable to me. I was abroad during this time so Emma took on the lead in dealing with all parties, including some sensitive negotiations. She handled it all with care and professionalism, going above and beyond the standard level of service, and as such I do not hesitate to highly recommend Zest and Emma in particular.

Jo and I have worked with the Zest Student letting team now for 3.5yrs and only have positive things to say. As a local business Zest have always provided a dedicated point of contact as opposed to a faceless call centre. Zest (Beth & Glenn) are never satisfied with the status quo and always keen to take feedback on board, thinking of new ways of enhancing their service to both tenants and landlords. This approach filters down to other members of the team (eg Lillie) and has only accelerated since Emma joined the team. Our current day to day contact is Jess who is professional and friendly, always exhibiting a can-do attitude. When Jess has not been available other members of the team (Tilly) have stepped in and bridged the gap seamlessly. The summer changeover is a particularly busy, intense and stressful period and Jess has done an excellent job. Emotions can run high, but Jess always appears calm and collected……an old head on young shoulders if I am allowed say that……always seeking to balance the expectations of both tenants and landlords which is no easy task ! Finally, I’d like to give a mention to the Accounts team ( Karen and Simona) who are incredibly efficient, responding to any query very promptly.

We appointed Zest with the letting of our house a few years ago and are extremely satisfied with their services. Not only does Zest successfully take care of the letting and the tenants' needs, but above all, they provided us with excellent support during the extensive renovation of the house. This meant that the renovation project was organised and completed by Zest for us in a stress-free manner, in the best possible time and in a professional manner. Any repair work that needs to be done is also always promptly organised by Zest. Communication with the team is excellent and we can only recommend Zest!
